Paypal, over 10 years ago i opened an account with you guys and over the course of 10 years ive probably spent $30,000 and sold about half of that in things over the years. No problems, no disputes, no negative feedback, nothing! Last month, i went through my storage and realized i had so many things i probably wont use or need anymore - eBay to the rescue!

In just about a month, ive sold about $4,000 and spent about $350 in ebay listing fees, photo fees, paypal fees and whatnot. And spent about $2000 to buy other things on Ebay. Hey this is working out pretty good, got rid of a bunch of stuff and getting a couple dollars for things that would have otherwise just collected dust.

Then, out of the blue, I get an account limitation from PayPal. No problem, right? After speaking with a rep there, Julie; she said it was a random account inspection and just needed up to date information about me and my company. Two hours later all the requested items were sent off to paypal. This process should have taken 24 hours, okay no big deal, i can wait. Then after 48 hours i decide to call them again. They are requesting additional information, this time suppliers information. Ummm Okay, here ya go! Sent.

So, i patiently waited another 48 hours for everything to process and gave them a call back. They have decided to terminate my account and offered no reason why... When i asked them why, the brilliant customer service agent simple said, "sir, this is our business and at time we here at paypal are not interested in doing business with u, and as it is our business we are not and do not need to provide you any information as to how or why this has happened to your account." Saying i was shocked would be an understatement. I had no idea why or how?

I have not had any complaints, disputes and i have since emailed all customers related to recent history and they all say the same thing, "i got the item and it's just what i needed, no problem" If that is the case, what promted paypal to do this?

What does the ending look like? Well, basically they hold my funds in their accounts for 180 days and then i can withdraw it at that time. This is to facilitate disputes since buyers have 180 days to claim a refund. I have asked them if i provide the tracking number and positive feedback from the buyers and the response was, "sorry, it doesn't matter, we at paypal reserve the right to freeze these funds until 180 days. Just brilliant.

Now back to ebay, i still have about 30 items for sale there totally maybe $15,000 - and just my luck someone bought an item from me for $365 and guess what? Because paypal has put a limitation on my account, i cannot edit, relist or remove my active auctions. So... let's say someone decides to BUY an item for $2,500... they can sent payment but i wont get the money for 180 days. Amazing huh?

This is a copy/paste from paypal control panel:

What can't I do while my account is limited?

send money
withdraw money from your account
close your account
remove a card
remove a bank account

What can I do while my account is limited?

receive or request money
update your account information
add money to your account
add a card
add a bank account
send refunds
use PayPal logos in your auction listings or on your website

Wouldn't you think they would say hey, since we arent giving you your money for 180 days, we wont be accepting any of your money either; but nope. So close any active auctions you got open.

I wish there was a way to escalate this issue but as the last rep told me, their decision is final and absolute.

So, no real evidence or reason, just vague innuendo...

this is so frustrating... I guess in 180 days i will be able to withdraw the $1,500 they are holding.

Living in such a fast paced world... things changing by the second, tech.. obsolete by the nanosecond, social networks connecting millions meanwhile destroying lives of many others. What's the babble about? Just a quick reminder, in midst of all the chaos, b r e a t h e. Take a minute to relax, reflect on what matters the most and turn your brain off.

So stop and smell the roses before you lose your mind.

What's more rewarding than finding a needle in a hay stack? How about finding 9 camels in the needle's eye?
Sounds weird huh? a bit confusing? That's because even the concept of such a thing is mind puzzling.

Nikolai Aldunin is a Russian artist noted for his microscopic art described as “masterpieces” and “pioneering work”, “famous in Russia and around the world”. His work includes a T-34 tank a fraction of the size of an apple seed and composed of more than 200 pieces, made of pure gold and described as “perfect copy of a real vehicle”; a gold saddle and horse shoes for a flea; and a camel train in the eye of a needle.

Bold statement or superstitious mentality not too far from Y2K?
I've never been one that had strong convictions in either direction when it comes to superstitions, however... due to recent activity of bizarre things happening i can't help but say something (not that my opinion will save any of them.) Growing up, I was taught about things that happened in the bible, famine, decease, and plagues. In Exodus (not only a Bob Marley album but a book in the bible) the bible describes plagues of locusts, hail, frogs, lice, boils and a few other horrible things happening, 10 in all if memory serves me correctly. The premise is basically, God (Yahweh) was unhappy with Eygpt and this was his way of punishment. Punishment for what? Enslaving the slaves (Israelites) and not letting 'em go and also to reveal that there shouldn't any false gods!

Did anyone else find it kinda... well for lack of better words f#@^ed up that Moses was instructed to mark the front door of all the Israelites home with Lamb Blood not to suffer the wrath of Yahweh? I mean, really... ??? Wouldn't God know this without needing a sign? How much Identity theft would have gone on? What about if there was only 1 Israelite in a house of 5? Suppose Moses didn't like the guy 3 houses down on the left? Rhatid, what a responsibility!! Whappen if a cat came along and cleaned up blood from a few houses?

Now looking at that from a logical scientifically aspect, if it really did happen - it could very well have just been a record of bizarre events unrelated or directly relating each other. And of course from a spiritual point of view, it could be just as the Book of Exodus stated. Who knows?

One hypothesis could be that something happened to the water supply, maybe sulfuric (volcano) upstream - after all the Nile is the longest in the world passing through vast lands. Here is a theory that has been speculated for years now. The river is tainted with sulfuric acid from the volcano, killing fish and such a disturbance would be sure to cause the color of the river to change... killing all the fish, the only ones who could escape would be the frogs, and without the frogs near by to keep the incest population down infested the place. Of course these bugs could easily carry virus, deceases and other undesirables. The hail... well that could have been mistaken for volcanic ash/sut or simply the volcano changed weather pattern and caused hail.

These recent calamities are eerily shaping up to look like a modern day version of Eygt. So what's the deal!?
Are we approaching final days? Judgement days? self inflicted destruction, global warming, chemical weapon testing? I don't have a clue but i think people that be, mathematicians, chemists, scientists and others specialists ought to pay more attention and try to figure this out. If every type of species are dying in such multitudes, surely the human race can't be too far off. If that is the case, Live.Life.Livity.

One Love, Pure Love & Guidance into the unknown future.

I wont be doing much commentary on these videos suffice it to say... there has got to be some under current lessons to be learnt in this one... DOG vs CAT vs Momma Deer

That one was pretty bad... for the dog @ least.
Here is one that is a little more light hearted.

Another lesson! Don't be a crackhead for crackberry!
That's a funny video from BBC... official production of two guys discussing problems with their fruit! lol
i.e. blackberry, apple and eggs box lol

And this last video for this post is just a cool fun video of some animation enthusiasts recreating a video game called Black Ops (Call of Duty) in what they know best... Lego
Hope you enjoyed -

I had an interesting conversation with my dad and my best friend tonight. Very philosophical, insightful and intuitive. Here is the main point made, this is as deep or shallow as your mind will allow you to penetrate. HOPE, no matter what your racial, financial or social status is, it is the catalyst that drive us to continue living. The HOPE that one day you will get out of prison... The HOPE that one day your wife will get pregnant... The HOPE that you will win the lottery. The word essence of its meaning steers our being, aspirations, dreams, prayers, everything! Think about anything you have ever done, want to do or  wish you could do and i bet in one form or another, HOPE is it's root. .................more on the subject to come... Just sharing as it is fresh on the noggin.
